MARK BARTLE ARTWORK CREATIONS

As a comic book lover, Mark studied the masters who influenced his favourite comic book artists: the French impressionist Monet, the French and fauvist colourist Matisse, and the Dutch Baroque painter Rembrandt.

Some of Mark’s favourite comic book artists are Pepe Larraz, Jim Lee, Adam Kubert and Travis Charest. His artistic influences are also classic fantasy painters like Joe Jusko, Julie Bell, Bob Larkin, Dave Dorman, Enki Bilal and Gregg and Tim Hildebrandt.

Here are some comic-inspired artwork creations by Mark Bartle: Marvel Superhero Spiderman 2099, Wolverine drawing in homage to artists Andy Kubert and Joe Kubert, Ripclaw from the secret operative team of Cyberforce, Thor - King of Asgard, and the Wetworks character Mother-One created by Filipino icon Whilce Portacio.
